Crust:

2/3 tbsp blueberry balsamic vinegar
1/6 ice water
167 g unsalted butter

Filling:
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp flour
Pinch salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
450 g blueberries
